We are committed to increasing gender and racial representation at all levels of the company and have set targets to measure our progress towards accomplishing this goal.
Self-Reported Categories
We recognize that age, gender, and race/ethnicity capture only a small facet of categories that shapes us all as multifaceted individuals. In addition to these identity markers, FreshBooks collects self-reported data biennially to better understand the composition of our workforce. When we understand who makes up our community, we can be more intentional in our efforts to directly support and cater to FreshBookers needs. Creating equitable access to opportunities and implementing inclusive practices into our everyday actions will strengthen our path towards intentional allyship and our lifelong journey of growth.

Our offices in Toronto (Canada), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Raleigh (USA), San Luis Potosi (Mexico), Zagreb (Croatia), and Frankfurt (Germany) all have the same goals for diversity, inclusivity, equity, and accessibility.
